Leadership Development · H.I.C. Principle

Cultivating leaders with phenomenal will and skill.

"Master these three keys, and you won't just lead better — you'll lead without losing yourself in the process."

Leadership costs more than most people admit. In 30 years as a public school educator, Willie Worley watched talented leaders lose their health, their relationships, and their sense of self — not because they lacked skill, but because no one taught them how to sustain themselves while leading others. FP2 exists to change that.

The Framework

The H.I.C. Principle — the engine of FP2

Every FP2 offering is built from 30 years of lived leadership experience. H.I.C. creates trust. Trust enables relationships. Relationships develop adults. Developed adults transform students and organizations.

01
H

Honesty

Say the hard true thing, even when it's uncomfortable. Leaders who avoid honest feedback create cultures of stagnation.

02
I

Integrity

Walk what you talk. Your team is always watching. Alignment between words and actions is the foundation of trust.

03
C

Consistency

Show up every single day. This is where most leaders fail — great in bursts, absent in the grind. Consistency is the multiplier.

Who We Serve

Two audiences. One standard of depth.

FP2 is tiered by mission, not by quality — high-need schools, faith communities, and nonprofits receive the same depth of service as corporate and association clients, matched to capacity.

How We Serve

Five core principles we teach

Practical, field-tested frameworks that build the internal culture and personal discipline elite leaders need.

01

C.R.E.A.M.

Culture Rules Everything Around Me — building the internal culture that drives external results.

02

M.O.M.

Mission Over Mood — sustaining purpose and discipline through high-pressure seasons.

03

Accountability Groups

We, Us, Our — creating the shared ownership that transforms teams.

04

They Not Like Us!

Distinguishing elite leadership from merely competent management.

05

Boundaries

Freedom — how healthy limits protect the leader's faith, family, and effectiveness.

Every FP2 engagement can also be custom-built — tailored presentations designed around your organization's specific goals, audience, and mission.

What leaders say changed for them

Real reflections from assistant principals and teacher leaders who worked alongside Willie — in their own words, through the H.I.C. lens.

H
Honesty

"Seeing Mr. Worley be willing to address challenges directly has shown me that honesty builds trust, allows room to hold myself and others accountable, and leads to better decisions. I am truly grateful to have worked with Mr. Worley — I'm a better leader because of it."

Mrs. Trotman-Wright Academic Interventionist / Assistant Principal
I
Integrity

"When we faced tough achievement gaps and low proficiency data, your refusal to sugarcoat the numbers forced us to confront reality — resulting in a measurable best-ever on-time graduation rate and sharper academic interventions. Watching you model that same daily consistency during our most grueling weeks inspired me to become a more grounded, resolute leader."

Mr. Benton Assistant Principal / Teacher
C
Consistency

"What stood out most was his consistency. He was always present, visible, and accessible to students — arrived early, was prepared, and professional each day."

Ms. Gray Assistant Principal / Director of Student Achievement
C
Consistency

"I watched you stay true to your North Star, remain focused on the mission, and continue to lead without allowing the circumstances to change who you were as a leader. That example continues to shape how I lead today."
